Reporting › Exhibitor Reports lists every booth, table and seat that is spoken for, read straight off your floor and table maps: who holds it, how to reach them and what they paid.
Exhibitor List
- Map by map, one row per booth that is sold, comped or in checkout: the booth, its category and size, the company, the contact and what was paid.
- Table maps follow, one row per buyer per table, with their seats folded into that row.
- The company is the name given at checkout, kept current by the exhibitor in their portal. Paid is what that booth or seat cost on the order, not the map's list price.
- Because it reads the maps rather than the orders, a booth you comped with no order behind it is still listed.
Open it and it renders as finished pages on screen. Print or save as PDF from your browser.
Spreadsheet Downloads
Exhibitors (.csv) and Exhibitors (.xlsx) give the same list as a spreadsheet, one row per booth and one per buyer per table, with the contact columns kept apart for a mail merge.
