Session Q&A gives every session a question queue. Attendees post from their phones and upvote each other's questions, so the room's own priorities surface without anyone having to shout.
- Open App Engagement › Session Q&A.
- Switch it On.
- Set up who moderates, under Moderators.
How moderation behaves
Questions hold in a moderator's bullpen while a moderator is active, and publish on their own after ten quiet minutes. You do not set that: if somebody is watching the queue, posts wait for them; if nobody is, questions still reach the room.
Speaker links
A speaker link opens that speaker's own sessions and gives them exactly one power: Mark Answered. Nothing else about their view changes.
- Use Email All Speakers to send every speaker their own link.
- Or use Copy beside one speaker to send it yourself.
