A Way Out for the Registrant
Every step of the registration form has a Cancel button beside Continue. It asks Leave this registration? and says nothing is saved and nothing is charged. Yes, Leave takes them back to your event site; Keep Registering returns them to the form.
- Any booth they picked goes straight back on the map for someone else, instead of being held for 15 minutes.
- From your own test or admin link, Cancel returns you to the studio.
The People Who Nearly Registered
The Registration Dashboard carries an Abandoned Registrations card below the orders: everyone who gave a name or email and then stopped for at least 30 minutes without finishing.
- Who: their name, email (click to write to them) and phone.
- Stopped On names the step they left on. Canceled on purpose means they pressed Cancel rather than just drifting off.
- Test registrations are left out, and so is anyone who came back and finished.
- The list starts from September 18, 2026, when this tracking began.
Choice Limits the Registrant Can See
Where a Form Builder group has a minimum or maximum pick, the form labels it (Pick 1, Pick up to 3) and, once the limit is reached, dims the other choices with the reason, so nobody meets the limit for the first time as an error.
