Exhibit Spaces Overview

Exhibit Spaces turns booth sales into part of registration. You draw the floor once, and everything else follows from it: exhibitors pick a booth on a live map while they register, the sold booth shows their company on your event site, and each exhibitor gets a portal to manage their own listing and booth workers.

The Booth Dashboard: Floor Sections, Total Spaces, Available and Purchased tiles, a static preview of the floor map, and the booth category table

The Exhibit Spaces › Booth Dashboard is the hub. It counts your floor sections and how many spaces are total, available and purchased, shows a static preview of the map, and carries the Booth Categories that set the pricing and worker-pass defaults every new booth starts with. Who may buy is set per registrant type in the Form Builder - classify a type as Exhibitor and its form gains the booth step.

  • The floor map is where you draw booths, rows, and zones. Open it with the button on the dashboard.
  • Categories color the map and set default price, size, worker passes, and who may buy.
  • Selling happens on the registration form: any type classified Exhibitor gains a Choose Your Booth step.
  • The exhibitor portal is where a buyer fills in their company listing and manages worker passes.
