Check My Setup sits in the left menu, right under your progress ring, on every page. The number on it counts the required items still open. It opens the Launch Checklist.
The Checklist
- Across the top: where your Website, Registration and Event App stand right now.
- Required before going live lists what blocks publishing: the same required sections your progress ring counts. Each has a link straight to the page that fixes it.
- Worth a look is advice, such as a paid registrant type with no price today. It never blocks going live. If one does not apply to you, mark it Not an issue for us; Bring it back restores it.
- Looks good and All show what has already passed.
AI Review
The AI Review tab reads your whole setup and writes What to Do Next: three short steps, each linking to the right page. It suggests; it never changes anything. Click Check My Event Setup to run it, and Re-check after you have made changes.
- Each event gets 30 reviews a day. Re-checking a setup that has not changed does not use one up.
- The checklist keeps updating on its own even after the day's reviews are used.
The Setup Questions
A new event opens on a short set of questions, one at a time: your event's name and dates, your logo (which also picks up your brand color), the kind of event, whether you have an agenda, speakers, a hotel or sponsors, whether you charge, your size and your team. Each answer does work for you: saying you have no hotel, for example, takes the hotel section off your required list.
- There is no skip button per question, but I'll set this up myself ends the questions at any point.
- Open them again from the band at the top of the Checklist: Run the Questions. They start from what your event says now, so nothing changes unless you change an answer.
