Payments run through Stripe, connected to your own account, so money goes directly to you. We never hold your funds.
Connecting your account
- Open Registration > Credit Card Processing.
- Click the connect button and follow Stripe's steps. If your organization already uses Stripe, sign in and pick the account; if not, you can create one on the spot.
- Come back to the portal. The page shows your connection status and whether you are in test or live mode.
Test mode and live mode
Test mode lets you run pretend card payments end to end while you rehearse. Live mode takes real money. You can rehearse the form fully in test mode and flip to live when you are ready to open.
